Patria Investments (PAX) has released an update.

Patria Investments Limited recently held its annual general meeting, where shareholders approved the company’s financial statements and auditor’s report for the fiscal year 2023. Additionally, Peter Paul Lorenço Estermann was appointed as a new director. These decisions were in accordance with the agenda set forth in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
