After 18 years at Pathfinder Bank, Ronald Tascarella is set to retire as EVP and Chief Banking Officer on November 30, 2024. His tenure saw significant growth in the bank’s loan portfolio, which he helped expand by over 350%. Joseph Serbun, with a 40-year banking pedigree, will step in as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, bringing his extensive experience and community connections to the role.
