Patagonia Lithium Limited (AU:PL3) has released an update.
Patagonia Lithium Limited has announced a rights issue, offering shareholders one new share at $0.09 each for every three held, plus additional options, to fund their Argentine drill program and Brazilian exploration. The capital raised will also support general working capital needs. Shareholders must exercise existing options before the Record Date to participate, with the aim to increase total shares to over 78 million and options by approximately 9.76 million.
