Pasinex Resources Limited has announced a delay in filing its audited annual financial statements and related discussions, which were originally due April 29, 2024, and now expects them by May 31, 2024. The company has been granted a management cease trade order, limiting trading by its CEO and CFO, but not affecting other shareholders. Meanwhile, Pasinex continues to work with its auditors and will issue bi-weekly updates until the filings are completed.
