ParcelPal Logistics Inc. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements due to the unexpected termination of its auditor by the Canadian Public Accountability Board. The company is seeking a Management Cease Trade Order to prevent management trading until a new auditor is appointed and the filings are completed, expected by June 10, 2024. While this does not affect shareholder trading, failure to file could lead to a general cease trade order against the company.
