The latest update is out from Paramount Global Class B (PARA).
Christa A. D’Alimonte, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Paramount Global, will depart from the company on June 28, 2024, qualifying for post-employment benefits as per her 2022 agreement for an involuntary termination without cause. Caryn K. Groce will step up as the acting General Counsel following D’Alimonte’s exit.
