Paragon Banking Group PLC has corrected its previous announcement, stating the actual number of ordinary shares purchased was 51,318, not the 15,381 initially reported. The shares were bought as part of a £50 million share buyback program, executed through Jefferies International Limited, at prices ranging from 757.00p to 780.00p per share. After the transaction, the company holds 4,952,011 shares in treasury, with a total of 211,652,949 shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
