Chadi Chahine has been named the new CFO and EVP of Supply Chain Operations at Paragon 28, bringing over 25 years of financial and operational expertise, particularly in the orthopedic industry. He joins from Zimmer Biomet, where he substantially contributed to revenue and profit growth. As part of his compensation, Chahine will receive a base salary, a sign-on bonus, and is eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity grants. Concurrently, Paragon 28 is implementing an operational efficiency strategy, including a workforce reduction and executive compensation realignment, to save costs and preserve cash while aiming for sustainable growth without incurring material charges.
