Papyrus Australia Limited (ASX: PPY) has requested a trading halt pending a market announcement aimed at clarifying recent comments related to its phase two contracts with the Egyptian Government. The halt is to remain until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 30 May 2024 or the release of the clarification announcement. The company has confirmed that there are no undisclosed reasons why the halt should not be granted.
