Papa John’s Awards Key Executives with Performance-Based Stock

The latest update is out from Papa John’s International (PZZA).

Papa John’s International, Inc. has granted performance-based Retention Awards to key executives to drive long-term stock performance and ensure their retention. Executives, including CFO Ravi Thanawala and Chief Legal Officer Caroline Oyler, were awarded restricted stock units set to vest on the fourth anniversary of the grant, contingent upon meeting certain stock price targets over a three-year period. These awards align executive incentives with shareholder interests, with the potential to significantly increase executive stock ownership if ambitious stock appreciation goals are met.
