Panthera Resources Plc has announced the full constitution of an arbitral tribunal, as it progresses with its claim against the Republic of India over the Bhukia gold project. This arbitration follows India’s alleged breach of a treaty with Australia, impacting Panthera’s subsidiary Indo Gold Pty Ltd’s investment rights. The company has secured $13.6 million in litigation financing to support its pursuit of compensation.
