Panther Metals Plc (GB:PALM) has released an update.
Panther Metals PLC successfully passed all resolutions during their Annual General Meeting, including the reappointment of directors and the approval of the 2023 Annual Report. Additionally, a significant share consolidation was approved which will reduce the number of ordinary shares and change the ISIN, effective from 14 June 2024. Shareholders are advised to use the new total of 3,712,892 shares as the denominator for any share capital interest notifications.
