Pantheon Infrastructure PLC successfully held its Annual General Meeting, with all resolutions passed by a majority of votes, including the re-election of directors and the reappointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditors. Shareholders showed strong support for the management’s proposals, as reflected in high approval percentages for all agenda items. The resolutions, which were voted on by poll, included authorization for the company to allot ordinary shares and make market purchases of its own shares.
