Panoro Energy Sets Date for Cash Distribution

Panoro Energy ASA (PESAF) has released an update.

Panoro Energy ASA announces that its shares will be traded without the entitlement to a cash distribution of NOK 0.427 per share from September 4, 2024, with the payment to shareholders scheduled for around September 13, 2024. The company is an independent E&P player with assets across Africa, and is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker PEN.
