Panoramic Resources Limited, currently under administration, has deferred its financial reporting and AGM obligations as permitted by ASIC relief instruments. The company’s financial reporting requirements are postponed until at least June 14, 2024, with the possibility of extension up to December 14, 2025. Moreover, the Annual General Meeting is also postponed, with arrangements in place to respond to member and creditor queries regarding the administration progress.
