Pangaea Connectivity Technology Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting to be held in Hong Kong on 16 August 2024, where shareholders will review the past year’s audited financial documents and vote on key corporate decisions. These decisions include the re-election of independent non-executive Directors and the authorization for the board to set their remuneration, as well as the re-appointment of auditors. Additionally, the meeting will cover resolutions empowering the Directors to issue and deal with the company’s shares, including the selling of treasury shares, within specific limits set for the forthcoming year.
