Pan Asia Metals Ltd. has issued a prospectus for a limited share offering of 1,000 shares at $0.13 each, aiming to raise $130 before expenses. The offer is intended to lift trading restrictions on previously issued shares in accordance with section 708A(11) of the Corporations Act. Investors are cautioned that the company’s shares are currently suspended from trading on the ASX but the firm is working towards reinstatement, and they are advised to consult professional advisers as the shares on offer are considered highly speculative.
