Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. announced the successful passage of several key resolutions during their Annual General Meeting held on June 27, 2024, including the unanimous re-election of directors and the re-appointment of their auditor. However, two resolutions related to the issuance of additional securities were rejected by shareholders. Additionally, there was a change in the board as an independent non-executive director, Mr. Li, resigned from his position.
