Pan American Silver (TSE:PAAS) has released an update.
Pan American Silver Corp. shareholders showed overwhelming support in the recent annual general and special meeting, with over 99% endorsing the decision to maintain a nine-member board, and a strong backing for the election of director nominees and executive compensation practices. Approximately 65.65% of the company’s common shares participated in the vote. The company also expressed gratitude to departing directors Walter Segsworth and Alexander Davidson for their years of service.
