Pan American Silver Shareholders Affirm Confidence

Pan American Silver (TSE:PAAS) has released an update.

At Pan American Silver Corp.’s recent annual meeting, a majority of shareholders voted to set the board size at nine, elected all management-nominated directors, and reappointed Deloitte LLP as auditors. The advisory resolution on executive compensation also passed, despite a more divided vote. These decisions reflect shareholder confidence in the current management and strategic direction of the company.
