Pan American Energy Completes Key Funding Round

Pan American Energy Corp. (TSE:PNRG) has released an update.

Pan American Energy Corp. has successfully closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising C$898,749.88 by issuing units at $0.475 each, which includes a share and a purchase warrant. The funds raised are earmarked for general and administrative expenses and the development of the company’s Horizon Lithium Property. The offering, available in all Canadian provinces except Quebec, allows investors to buy securities without mandatory resale restrictions.
