Pan African Resources (GB:PAF) has released an update.
Pan African Resources PLC’s Finance Director, Deon Louw, has engaged in a series of financial transactions involving the transfer, purchase, and securing of shares within the company. Louw transferred 2 million shares into his own name, engaged in a collar transaction for over 2.7 million shares, purchased 728,254 shares, and secured a loan with shares as collateral, altering his direct and indirect shareholding in the company.
