Pampa Metals Corp. has successfully secured $2.6 million through a fully subscribed private placement to fund its continued exploration of the Piuquenes Copper-Gold Porphyry Project. Investors have snapped up 9.6 million units at $0.27 each, which includes common shares and half-purchase warrants, with each full warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.50 over three years. This financial boost follows promising drill results from the project, indicating significant copper and gold mineralization.
