Pampa Energia (PAM) has released an update.
Pampa Energía S.A. has reported a financial loss of approximately $38 million in its first-quarter financial statements for 2024, due to a delayed payments issue with the Compañía Administradora del Mercado Mayorista Eléctrico S.A. (CAMMESA). The Secretary of Energy’s new resolutions introduce a unique payment plan involving partial settlement with AE38 Bonds at roughly 50% of their nominal value and the remaining in cash. Despite this setback, the company assures stakeholders of its continued solvency and ongoing investment in Argentina’s energy infrastructure.
