Pampa Energía S.A. has successfully conducted its General Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholder’s Meeting, with key resolutions passed including the approval of the previous fiscal year’s financial statements and a significant profit allocation to a voluntary reserve. The meeting also saw the re-election of board members and the appointment of new ones, alongside key approvals regarding the company’s ongoing reorganization process.
