Palisades Goldcorp Ltd. has settled a lawsuit with ThreeD Capital Inc. and 1313366 Ontario Inc., avoiding potential legal costs and uncertainty by agreeing to transfer a total of 3,750,000 common shares of New Found Gold Corp. to the plaintiffs. The agreement involves no admission of wrongdoing and includes a four-month holding period for a portion of the shares, subject to regulatory approval. This move comes as part of Palisades’ strategy to invest in junior resource companies and capitalize on potential market and commodity price appreciations.
