Palace Capital Shareholding Shift Notified

Palace Capital (GB:PCA) has released an update.

Palace Capital PLC has reported a change in major shareholdings, with Peter Gyllenhammar AB now controlling 14.02% of the voting rights after an acquisition. The notification was completed on October 9, 2024, following the transaction that took place the previous day. This marks a significant increase from the previous notification where the holding was reported at 13.03%.
