Palace Capital PLC has announced that their Tender Offer for purchasing shares was met with robust interest, leading to an oversubscription as shareholders tendered 26,793,801 Ordinary Shares against the offer for 8,667,760 shares. The shares were acquired at 250 pence each and subsequently cancelled, affecting the holdings of key management personnel who participated in the Tender Offer. Post-transaction, the Director and PDMR shareholdings in Palace Capital have been updated, reflecting minor changes in their respective percentages of ownership.
