Scott Bower has resigned as the principal accounting officer of Pagaya Technologies, effective September 20, 2024, after a successful tenure, with no disagreements over financial matters. The company is actively seeking a replacement with the help of an executive recruiting firm. In the interim, Nam Woo Kim, a highly qualified CPA and CFA with extensive experience in financial reporting and compliance, will take over Bower’s responsibilities. Kim’s appointment is untainted by any personal or professional conflicts of interest.
