Pact Group Holdings Ltd has notified its shareholders of an unconditional A$0.84 cash per share takeover offer by Bennamon Industries Pty Ltd. The notification includes an option for shareholders to withdraw their acceptance of the offer if they had accepted between 1 March 2024 and 9 April 2024. The company’s Independent Board Committee continues to recommend acceptance of the offer, while also advising shareholders to consider the current market trading price before deciding.
