Pacific Smiles Group Ltd (AU:PSQ) has released an update.
Pacific Smiles Group Limited is set to be acquired by NDC BidCo Pty Ltd for $2.05 per share, following a revised offer that outbid a previous proposal by Genesis Capital Manager I Pty Ltd valued at $1.91 per share. The board of Pacific Smiles has endorsed NDC’s counterproposal, deeming it a ‘Superior Proposal’ and beneficial for shareholders. These developments were disclosed to shareholders and the market, with the Scheme Meeting reconvened to discuss the acquisition terms.
