Pacific Smiles Group Ltd has announced that the Supreme Court of New South Wales has authorized a shareholder meeting to vote on a proposed acquisition by NDC BidCo Pty Ltd. An Independent Expert’s Report deems the acquisition fair and in the best interests of shareholders, with directors recommending approval barring any superior proposal. Shareholders will receive the Scheme Booklet detailing the arrangement, with the meeting scheduled for 1 August 2024.
