Pacific Smiles Group Ltd (AU:PSQ) has released an update.
Pacific Smiles Group has endorsed a counterproposal from NDC at $2.05 per share, deeming it superior to the previous offer from Genesis Capital. The Pacific Smiles Board is unanimously recommending shareholders to vote for the NDC scheme, with the meeting adjourned until early August. Shareholders are advised on options for changing or maintaining their vote regarding the acquisition.
