Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. has updated its leadership team following its AGSM, appointing new directors and welcoming Harry Nijjar as the new CFO, succeeding the retired Salvador Miranda. Shareholders re-elected directors, re-appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor, and approved the company’s stock option plan and amended articles. Pacific Ridge, aiming to be a leading copper-gold exploration entity in British Columbia, manages several projects in the region.
