Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC has announced the repurchase of 8,300 of its Ordinary Shares, which will be subsequently held in Treasury, bringing the total Treasury-held shares to 1,496,910. This buyback leaves 90,578,051 shares in active circulation, a figure important for shareholders in relation to the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
