Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC has announced the acquisition of 2,350 of its own Ordinary Shares at a price of 636.13p each, which will subsequently be held in Treasury. Following the buyback, the company reports that the total number of shares in Treasury stands at 1,415,860. Shareholders can use the remaining 90,659,101 shares in issue, discounting those in Treasury, as a reference for regulatory disclosures.
