Pacific Empire Minerals Corp., a Vancouver-based copper-gold explorer, has announced a fully subscribed private placement worth $500,000. The financing consists of 10 million units at $0.05 each, which includes a share and a purchase warrant, aimed at funding exploration at their Trident project and for general corporate purposes. The expected closing date for the offering is around April 30, 2024, pending necessary approvals.
