Pacific Edge Limited (PFGTF) has released an update.
Jarden Securities Limited has reported that it no longer holds a substantial shareholding in Pacific Edge Limited following the sale of Harbour Asset Management and its wealth business to FirstCape Group Limited, effective 30 April 2024. The previous holding of 15.332% by Jarden Securities Limited, including its related body corporate, has been reduced to nil after the transaction.
