Pacific Basin Shipping Limited has announced the extension of its 2023 Share Award Scheme for an additional 12 months, with a new termination date set no later than July 31, 2025. The extension allows the possibility of further annual extensions and will remain in effect until a new share award scheme is adopted or the board decides otherwise. All principal terms of the scheme remain unchanged from the original announcement.
