Paccar Board Expansion and Executive Compensation Update

Paccar (PCAR) has provided an announcement.

PACCAR Inc’s Board of Directors is expanding with the election of Pierre R. Breber, Brice C. Hill, and Luiz A. S. Pretti, who will also join the Audit and Compensation Committees, respectively. The Board size will grow to fourteen members to accommodate these additions. In other news, executive compensation has been recalculated to include Long Term Performance Cash Awards for 2021-2023, revealing a CEO to median employee pay ratio of 224 to 1. The annual shareholders’ meeting saw the election of directors, approval of compensation plans, and an advisory vote on the frequency of executive compensation votes, among other agenda items.
