Pa Shun International Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of their company secretary, Ms. Lam Yuen Ling Eva, effective from 15 July 2024. She will be replaced by Ms. Lui Mei Ka, who brings over 17 years of experience in financial management and has held multiple positions in other listed companies. The board expressed appreciation for Ms. Lam’s contributions and welcomed Ms. Lui to her new role.
