P.V. Nano Cell Ltd. has called a Special General Meeting for shareholders to vote on a proposed private placement of shares to GTRIMG Investments Ltd., the company’s controlling shareholder. Shareholders of record as of July 8, 2024, are eligible to vote either in person at the meeting scheduled for August 8, 2024, or by proxy via the internet, email, or mail. The Board of Directors recommends a vote in favor of the private placement.
