Oxford Nanopore Technologies PLC expanded its equity by issuing 2,626,491 new ordinary shares following option exercises and remuneration schemes, with the shares admitted to the FCA’s Official List and the London Stock Exchange. Post-issuance, the company’s total voting rights stand at 862,585,567 ordinary shares, with a remaining block listing facility of 19,730,280 ordinary shares available for future issuance.
