Oxford Nanopore Technologies PLC successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting with all proposed resolutions passed, including the appointment and re-election of board members and the reappointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors. Significant changes to the board were also announced, as several directors stepped down and John O’Higgins took over as the interim Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
