Oxford Nanopore Expands Equity, Updates Voting Rights

Oxford Nanopore Technologies PLC (GB:ONT) has released an update.

Oxford Nanopore Technologies PLC has announced the issuance of 457,580 new ordinary shares as a result of exercised options and remuneration schemes. The addition of these shares has been officially listed with the FCA and is available for trade on the London Stock Exchange. As of September 30, 2024, the company’s total voting rights amount to 941,455,189 ordinary shares with no shares held in treasury.
