Oxford Nanopore Technologies PLC has announced the issuance of partnership and matching shares to two key executives, COO Tim Cowper and CFO Nick Keher, as part of their Share Incentive Plan (SIP). Both executives received shares purchased at £1.02 each, with Cowper acquiring 147 shares and Keher 146 shares. The transactions, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, are part of the company’s commitment to align the interests of its leadership team with those of its shareholders.
