Oxford Biomedica PLC has confirmed the admission of 5,201,107 new Ordinary Shares following an investment of EUR 20 million by TSGH SAS, a subsidiary of Institut Mérieux SA. With these new shares, the company’s total issued share capital has reached 105,268,630 shares, and this figure represents the total number of voting rights. The investment and share admission signal a strengthening of Oxford Biomedica’s position in the cell and gene therapy sector.
