Amanda Twede Crawford has been appointed as the new CFO of the Company, effective July 9, 2024, succeeding Kathryn Scolnick who will remain in an advisory role until September. Crawford, a seasoned finance professional with past roles at Swire Coca-Cola and PricewaterhouseCoopers, will receive an increased annual salary and bonus, plus potential equity awards. Meanwhile, the departing CFO Scolnick has a separation agreement ensuring her salary continuation, COBRA benefits, stock vesting, and a potential additional severance in case of a company control change.
