At the recent Owens & Minor 2024 Annual Meeting, shareholders voted in favor of several key proposals. They approved a significant amendment to the company’s 2023 Omnibus Incentive Plan, allowing for equity and incentive awards to employees and consultants. Additionally, all nine director nominees were elected for one-year terms, the appointment of KPMG LLP as the independent auditor was ratified, and the executive compensation plan received advisory approval. The participation rate was notably high, with over 92% of eligible shares cast.
