Ovoca Bio PLC, a biopharmaceutical company focusing on women’s health, has announced a significant management reshuffle with Kirill Golovanov stepping down as CEO and Executive Director effective August 1, 2024. Timothy McCutcheon, a seasoned capital markets professional with over 25 years of experience, will be taking over as the new CEO while also acquiring Golovanov’s stake in the company, amounting to 19,506,203 ordinary shares.
